Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your Moment & Co order. Please read this before you buy, especially if you’re shopping for a holiday.
Final sale items
Seasonal and holiday merchandise (anything in our Holidays collections, like Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Valentine’s Day) and clearance or sale items are final sale. They can’t be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchanges
All other items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in perfect resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- To start a return, email returns@momentandco.com with your order number.
Once we get your approval, mail the item with your proof of purchase to:
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. This applies to all items, including final sale.
