Elf On The Shelf Mini Felt Pennant Flags

When our Elf on the Shelf came back this year, I wanted to make it extra fun for the kids—so I used these mini felt pennant flags, and they were a hit. Each little flag says something different, like “I’m back” or “Santa’s helper,” and they made it look like the elves were really ready for mischief. They’re the easiest way I’ve found to pull off easy elf on the shelf ideas without stressing, and now I keep them with our elf on the shelf kits so I can reuse them every December.
