Somebody finally made a serving tray you would hang on a wall. The ghost is watercolor, mid float, carrying a jack-o-lantern pail, with Latin underneath that reads AUT DULCIA AUT DOLUM, which is trick or treat wearing a dinner jacket. It is a 12" x 18" bamboo serving tray, arched at the top and top-rack dishwasher safe, so it holds cookies on the 31st and leans against the backsplash the rest of October. That double life is the argument for it, because most Halloween trays sit in a cabinet eleven months a year and this is the rare piece of ghost decor that works whether or not anything is on it. The date printed in the corner reads 10-31-1693, which is a good piece of nonsense for anyone who looks closely.
