A ghost with a bow is a different creature entirely from a ghost with fangs. This ghost balloon measures 19" x 20" in soft grey mylar, printed on both sides so it reads from anywhere in the room, with a star-scattered black bow tied under the chin and two pink cheeks doing the heavy lifting on the friendly-versus-frightening question. Here is the part that matters: it inflates with a drinking straw and seals itself, so no helium tank, no party store, no floating away at hour six. Tape it to a wall in early October and it is still there on the 31st, which is more than any Halloween balloon on a ribbon can promise.
